DORMITORY considered as a budget friendly room, so the extra amenities like soap, shampoo, towels are not be able to provide, Sofa cum bed and Blankets will be provided.

ROOM WITH POOL & JACUZZI both are not have hot water, they are served with Neutral water
2 Water bottles are provided as complimentary, more than this will be chargeable
If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the resort, please contact us. So that we can arrange the room for you for the other alternate date. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued from the Resort.
All eatables are only order inside the restaurant in the Resort. Outside eatables are strictly prohibited. Maximum ordering time of restaurant is 9.00 pm every day. Guest should order foods before the mentioned time.

Cancellation Policy:
We Would love to have you but in case your plan change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled before 15 days from the date of arrival.
Reservation cancelled after 48 hours from the arrival time, 100% of the amount will be charged
In case you decide to shorten your duration of stay or cancel , you will be charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days
